Performance Marketer

Key Responsibilities

• Creative Strategy & Management

• Guide the creative agency in conceptualizing and producing engaging, high-performing ad creatives.
• Translate performance data into actionable creative insights and briefs.
• Develop and test ad concepts tailored for different audience segments and channels.

• Campaign Management

• Launch, manage, and scale paid acquisition campaigns on Meta.
• Continuously optimize campaigns via rigorous A/B testing (creatives, copy, landing pages, audiences).
• Monitor performance metrics (CPI, CAC, ROAS, etc.) and drive decisions based on data.

• Collaboration & Communication

• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, data, and design teams to align on growth goals.
• Coordinate with external partners and agencies for timely execution and delivery.
• Report regularly on channel performance, insights, and experiments.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, ideally in a fast-paced startup or DTC environment.
• Proven track record of lowering CPIs and improving paid media efficiency.
• Strong analytical mindset — comfortable with attribution models, cohort analysis, and LTV calculations.
• Experience working with or managing creative partners or agencies.
• Expertise in Meta Ads Manager
• Bonus: Familiarity with mobile apps, app store optimization, and MMPs (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust).
