Job Title: Outreach Manager Location: Hyderabad Type: Full-time Department: Outreach & Partnerships Reports to: Director of Marketing About Kruu: Kruu is on a mission to revolutionize education through hands-on, project-based learning that empowers students to explore real-world challenges and opportunities. We work with schools, educators, and institutions to bring innovation, creativity, and relevance into the classroom. Job Summary: We’re looking for a passionate, results-driven Outreach Manager to lead Kruu’s expansion and relationship-building efforts in tIndia. This role involves engaging with schools, educators, and key stakeholders to establish partnerships, drive adoption of Kruu programs, and represent Kruu as a leading voice in educational innovation. Key Responsibilities: School & Institution Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with school administrators, group education heads, and counselors across Mumbai. Program Promotion & Adoption: Present Kruu's offerings (including project-based programs, innovation centres, and certifications) to potential partners and support onboarding. Partnership Development: Identify and engage with high-potential education groups (e.g., Amrita, Podar, Ryan, Jain Group) for long-term collaborations. Regional Strategy Execution: Implement a region-specific outreach plan aligned with Kruu’s mission and revenue goals. Event Participation & Coordination: Represent Kruu at regional education events, conferences, and school expos. Organize local roadshows and info sessions. Market Intelligence: Monitor regional education trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for product refinement. Reporting & CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts, pipelines, and partnerships using internal tools. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred) 3–5 years of experience in business development, outreach, or school relations, preferably in EdTech or education services Strong network within the Mumbai education sector is a big plus Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Comfortable with regional travel and in-person school visits Passion for education, innovation, and social impact What We Offer: Opportunity to shape the future of education in India Dynamic, mission-driven team culture Competitive compensation with performance incentives Growth path into regional leadership roles Show more Show less
