Operations Manager

1. Production & Fulfillment Management:

• Oversee end-to-end production operations for photo albums, prints, frames, and other customized products.
• Ensure timely order processing by optimizing Turnaround Time (TAT) and maintaining high On-Time Delivery (OTD) rates.
• Plan and execute efficient job batching, manpower allocation, and machine utilization.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Service teams to ensure production priorities align with business goals.

2. Team & Resource Management:

• Lead and manage a cross-functional team of production staff, technicians, print operators, and packaging personnel.
• Forecast manpower requirements based on dynamic order volumes and seasonal trends.
• Take ownership of hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management through clearly defined KPIs.

3. Process Optimization & Quality Assurance:

• Develop, implement, and monitor SOPs for each stage of the production process.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce rework rates, minimize errors, and improve overall workflow efficiency.
• Establish in-line and post-production quality checkpoints with robust feedback mechanisms.

4. Inventory & Vendor Management:

• Monitor inventory levels for all raw materials including paper, ink, frames, and packaging supplies.
• Ensure Just-in-Time (JIT) procurement by coordinating closely with vendors and the procurement team.
• Prevent material shortages or excesses through accurate forecasting and stock rotation.

5. Data-Driven Performance Management:

• Maintain and analyze reports/dashboards for key operational metrics such as daily production output, wastage, manpower utilization, and SLA compliance.
• Use data insights to make informed decisions and implement corrective actions as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5–8 years of proven experience in manufacturing, operations, or warehouse management.
• Strong leadership background with experience managing teams of 15–30+ employees.
• Hands-on experience with operational tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and ERP systems.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing, 5S, or Six Sigma principles is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
