Key Responsibilities:

• Manage

  end-to-end supply chain operations

  , including planning, procurement, logistics, warehousing, and last-mile delivery.
• Handle

  vendor management

  , including onboarding, negotiation, relationship building, and performance tracking.
• Lead and execute

  processes — vendor sourcing, purchase orders, shipping, customs clearance, and cost control.
• Ensure efficient

  inventory management

  with optimal stock levels, reorder planning, and demand forecasting.
• Oversee

  order fulfillment

  processes ensuring timely dispatch, tracking, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Marketing, etc.) to align supply chain execution with business objectives.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Maintain full compliance with quality standards, documentation, and regulatory norms.

Key Requirements:

• Experience:

  3–6 years in a similar role within a

  D2C company
