Operations Associate

Job Title: Agency Operations Executive Location: New Delhi Department: Operations Reporting To: Operations Head / Management About Us: Epigroww Global is a fast-growing marketing agency delivering performance and brand solutions for digital-first businesses. We are seeking an organized and proactive Operations Executive to support and streamline our internal processes across Finance, Audit, Admin, and HR functions. Key Responsibilities: Internal Audit Conduct routine checks on internal processes, task flows, and project records. Maintain documentation audits for compliance, contracts, and vendor agreements. Track team and project-level SOPs to ensure adherence and flag gaps. Finance & Accounting Maintain and reconcile basic financial records, invoices, and vendor payments. Assist with monthly reporting, payment follow-ups, and petty cash handling. Coordinate with the finance team or external CA for TDS, GST, and other filings. Administration Manage office supplies, IT coordination, and vendor logistics. Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of office operations (online and offline). Handle facility needs like AMC, maintenance, courier tracking, etc. HR Support Assist in onboarding, documentation, and employee database maintenance. Help with WFH/WFO tracking, leave records, and attendance audits. Coordinate monthly HR tasks like birthdays, joining kits, and basic grievance handling. Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in operations/admin/HR/finance roles (agency background preferred). Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic finance tools. High attention to detail, strong follow-up, and multitasking ability. Good written communication and professionalism. A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with ownership.
