Job Title: Operations Associate (Content & Coordination)

Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive, creative, and detail-oriented Operations Associate who excels in communication and collaboration. This role blends operations, content management, and marketing support. The ideal candidate will help drive internal coordination, manage educational content, prepare impactful reports, and contribute ideas for product marketing and branding content such as banners and communication campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of operational tasks.
• Draft clear, professional internal and external emails, communications, and reports.
• Assist in creating, organizing, and managing content for academic and marketing purposes.
• Contribute creative ideas and content for banners, tutor outreach, and student engagement.
• Create and maintain spreadsheets with complex formulas for operational and performance tracking.
• Support in preparing presentations and visual content aligned with brand tone and messaging.
• Ensure smooth flow of communication between academic, marketing, and support teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience in operations, coordination, or content-related roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong command of Google Sheets and Excel (including formulas, data analysis, and reporting).
• Creativity in content creation, with a basic sense of visual appeal and layout.
• Proactive, well-organized, and able to manage multiple responsibilities independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
