Role Description

This is an on-site full-time role for an Operations and Production Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Operations and Production Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of events and advertising projects, managing resources, timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients and vendors, supervising event set-up, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and optimizing production processes for efficiency and effectiveness. The role requires collaborative work with various departments to ensure seamless execution of all projects.

• Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource management
• Experience in client relationship management and vendor coordination
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards for events

• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Effective communication and negotiation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field
• Experience in the advertising industry is a plus
• Atleast 4+ years of experience needed for this profile
