Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for an Event Operation Executive. The Event Operation Executive will oversee the planning and execution of various events, including corporate events, product launches, and premium weddings. Daily tasks include coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure events run smoothly, managing logistics, and adhering to timelines and budgets. The role requires a hands-on approach to event setup, troubleshooting on the day of the event, and post-event evaluation.

Qualifications

• Event planning, and event management skills
• Logistics management and vendor coordination experience
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Ability to manage budgets and timelines effectively
• Problem-solving skills with a focus on attention to detail
• Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad
• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field is a plus
• Experience in the advertising and marketing industry is beneficial
