Back‑Office Responsibilities:-
1. Inventory & Procurement Administration
Maintain digital or spreadsheet-based ingredient inventories; trigger reorder based on par levels.
Process purchase orders, liaise with suppliers, schedule deliveries—ensuring cost control and accurate records.
2. Data Entry & Record Keeping
Log purchases, invoices, expense details, and supplier communications systematically.
Ensure compliant filing and storage of all back-office documents.
3. Finance & Accounting Support
Assist with accounts payable/receivable, invoice matching, reconciliation.
Prepare basic financial dashboards (food cost %, vendor spend).
4. HR & Office Admin
Coordinate staff onboarding, attendance records, basic payroll data entry. Manage stationery, uniforms, admin supplies replenishment.
5. IT & Systems Coordination
Liaise with POS software vendors for seamless inventory syncing and uptime.
Troubleshoot basic IT issues or coordinate external support.
6. Compliance & Reporting
Maintain compliance with basic food safety and legal admin paperwork.
Support monthly/weekly reporting of KPIs (inventory variances, costs, delivery logs).
7. Cross‑Team Support
Facilitate coordination between supply vendors, delivery partners, kitchen, and sales.
Act as the bridge ensuring data and document flow is accurate and timely.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:-
Organizational precision and attention to detail for accurate back-office logs.
Strong communication for vendor and internal coordination.
Basic accounting knowledge and familiarity with tools like Google Sheets.
Tech-savvy: ability to use/email/report via POS, KDS, ERP or cloud inventory systems.
Discretion in managing payroll and compliance records.
Degree or experience in admin, operations, or business support roles.

An Operations & Inventory Manager serves as the linchpin between sales, procurement, and warehouse operations. They maintain balance—ensuring product availability while controlling costs—through forecasting, software systems, team leadership, and continuous improvement efforts.
