Job Description: We are hiring Business Development Executives for our Navi Mumbai office. If you’re a self-driven communicator with a passion for helping others and meeting goals, this role is perfect for you. Key Responsibilities: Interact with clients via phone, email, and chat to explain services. Understand customer needs and suggest relevant services (e.g., GST, ROC, Income Tax, Business Registration). Follow up with leads and convert them into customers. Ensure successful onboarding of clients. Update CRM with client interactions and progress. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Coordinate with internal teams for service delivery. Desired Candidate Profile: Graduate in any stream (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, etc.); MBA preferred but not mandatory. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Customer-focused and target-driven mindset. Prior tele-sales or customer service experience is a bonus. Willingness to learn about business compliance and legal services.
