Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients through cold calling, lead generation, and market research to drive sales growth.
  • Develop a deep understanding of IT products and services to effectively communicate value to customers.
  • Build strong relationships with existing clients to upsell/cross-sell relevant solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., pre-sales, delivery) to ensure seamless customer onboarding process.
  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by consistently meeting client needs.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0-2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Strong convincing ability with excellent communication skills for effective client engagement.
  • Proven track record of generating leads and closing deals under pressure.
