Job Role Description-

Would be responsible for Acquisition and Development of New Franchisees Sourced from Stock & Commodity Broking/Competition/Large MF Distributors/Family Offices/PMS etc
Ramp up Franchisee Distribution On Field Sales, conduct market survey, drives identification and empanelment activity of Stock Broking Franchisees across the region
Responsible for expanding the franchisee network through marketing and sales effort
Negotiating and completing all necessary franchisee documentation and agreements on time
Should be well versed with the Franchisee model of operation
Should be able to guide and scale up franchisee business
Requirements
Graduate/MBA in Sales and Marketing with 2-3 years of experience in Acquisition and Development of Stock and Commodity Franchisee Broking Business
Excellent communication and Networking skills
Ability and experience in selling concepts and Business vision
