We're looking for Network Development Engineer (Subscriber Management) to work on the NextGen connectivity platform across platforms. This is an outstanding opportunity to help build an ambitious future for our flagship product.


What You'll Do


Expectations

  • Collaborate with Solutions and Development Team to integrate DPI
  • solutions with existing systems and infrastructure.
  • Optimize DPI solutions for performance, abuse Protection, and scalability.
  • Analyse network traffic data to identify and resolve Experience impact,
  • Abuses, and performance issues.
  • Implement and troubleshoot network protocols (TCP/IP, HTTPS, TLS,
  • DNS, etc.) in inspection Engine environments.
  • Open to Travel

Client Engagement and Support:

  • Work closely with clients to test and tailor the system.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for DPI solutions deployed in client environments.
  • Conduct training sessions and create documentation to assist clients in effectively using DPI solutions.

Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Create dashboards and generate reports to visualize network traffic to
  • resolve Experience impact, Abuses, and performance issues.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on DPI data analysis to improve network performance.

What You’ll Need


Education:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in designing and implementing DPI solutions with Sandvine.
  • Experience in implementing Subscriber Solutions.
  • Strong background in system engineering and Networking.
  • Experience with API integration.

Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of networking protocols and technologies (TCP/IP, SSL, TLS, HTTP, DNS, etc.).
  • Strong Knowledge in Traffic Analysis on Packet Captures
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Skills in Linux-/UNIX-based systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge to write scripts in Python

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Sandvine and/or Allot Solutions
  • Familiarity with data visualisation tools and techniques.
