Key Responsibilities: •Develop and execute the national sales strategy across GT, MT, HoReCa, and E-commerce channels in line with company growth objectives •Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team across regional zones (North, West, South, East) •Drive topline and bottom-line growth, ensuring robust channel performance, profitability, and market expansion •Oversee the P&L for the sales function, including forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning •Strengthen channel partnerships and develop scalable distribution models across offline and online formats •Collaborate closely with marketing, supply chain, product, and leadership teams to align business goals •Analyze market trends, competition, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for new product placements and penetration •Ensure consistent reporting, compliance, and performance tracking across all geographies Desired Profile: •10 – 15 years of progressive sales experience in FMCG/Nutrition/Consumer Goods, with at least 5 years in a leadership role •Proven track record of national sales management, team leadership, and business development •Strong understanding of GT/MT distribution networks and D2C ecosystem •Entrepreneurial mindset with strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills •Experience in scaling brands across tier 1 and tier 2 markets •MBA preferred, but not mandatory
