Job Title: National Sales Head – Influencer & Branded Content Sales

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

 Lead and drive the National sales strategy, setting ambitious targets and owning revenue outcomes.

 Manage a team of sales professionals across regions to deliver branded content, endorsements, and influencer marketing deals.

 Open doors with key decision-makers across brands, agencies, and platforms, leveraging your own network.

 Collaborate with the content, production, and strategy teams to create sellable content solutions and packages.

 Track and manage the sales funnel, performance metrics, forecasting, and reporting.

 Stay ahead of market trends, platform updates, and brand shifts to proactively pitch new ideas.

 Ensure client retention through consistent delivery and relationship management.

 Work closely with the Founders and senior leadership to shape and scale the business vertical.

Must-Have Qualifications & Experience:

 Minimum 12+ years of experience in media sales, influencer marketing, branded content, or celebrity endorsements.

 Demonstrated success in closing high-value brand partnerships and creator-led campaigns.

 Strong understanding of content monetization, pricing, platform-specific marketing, and digital media trends.

 Proven leadership in building and mentoring high-performing sales teams.

 Exceptional negotiation, pitching, and communication skills.

 Hands-on experience with CRM tools, data dashboards, and sales tracking platforms.

Bonus Points If You Have:

 Worked with influencer marketing platforms or talent-led content companies.

 Built a sales vertical or business unit from the ground up.

 Owned P&L responsibilities and growth targets.

 Strong insights into creator economy dynamics and content commerce.
