Lead and drive the National sales strategy, setting ambitious targets and owning revenue outcomes.
Manage a team of sales professionals across regions to deliver branded content, endorsements, and influencer marketing deals.
Open doors with key decision-makers across brands, agencies, and platforms, leveraging your own network.
Collaborate with the content, production, and strategy teams to create sellable content solutions and packages.
Track and manage the sales funnel, performance metrics, forecasting, and reporting.
Stay ahead of market trends, platform updates, and brand shifts to proactively pitch new ideas.
Ensure client retention through consistent delivery and relationship management.
Work closely with the Founders and senior leadership to shape and scale the business vertical.
Minimum 12+ years of experience in media sales, influencer marketing, branded content, or celebrity endorsements.
Demonstrated success in closing high-value brand partnerships and creator-led campaigns.
Strong understanding of content monetization, pricing, platform-specific marketing, and digital media trends.
Proven leadership in building and mentoring high-performing sales teams.
Exceptional negotiation, pitching, and communication skills.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools, data dashboards, and sales tracking platforms.
Worked with influencer marketing platforms or talent-led content companies.
Built a sales vertical or business unit from the ground up.
Owned P&L responsibilities and growth targets.
Strong insights into creator economy dynamics and content commerce.
