n8n Developer

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced n8n Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining automation workflows for both internal and client-facing processes. You will work on a range of tasks including data pipelines, enrichment flows, AI agent routing, lead scoring, and full-funnel campaign orchestration using tools such as n8n, APIs, Clay, Make, Supabase, and Airtable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage advanced n8n workflows for:
• Webhooks, scrapers, and data triggers
• CRM and tool integrations (HubSpot, Airtable, Supabase, Clay, Smartlead, Instantly, etc.)
• AI agent routing, lead scoring, and GTM signal capture
• Error handling, retry logic, and webhook resilience
• Create reusable automation templates and documentation
• Collaborate with Go-to-Market (GTM) and AI Engineering teams to deploy automations aligned with business goals
• Maintain automation health, including alerting, logging, and load optimization
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize existing workflows
• Stay up-to-date with new n8n nodes, features, and integrations

Qualifications:

• 1–3+ years of experience with n8n or similar low-code platforms (e.g., Make, Zapier)
• Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, JSON, and HTTP methods
• Experience integrating SaaS tools and CRMs
• Familiarity with regex, data transformations, pagination, and rate limits
• Knowledge of GTM workflows, RevOps, or sales automation is a plus.
• Bonus: Experience with tools such as Clay, Supabase, Smartlead, HubSpot, Webhook.site, or Pipedream.
