  • Design and develop RESTful APIs using

    RAML 1.0

    and the

    Anypoint Platform

    .
  • Manage APIs via

    API Manager

    , applying policies such as rate-limiting, throttling, and security controls.
  • Build integrations with external systems (HTTP, SFTP, Salesforce, databases, etc.) using MuleSoft connectors and components.
  • Perform complex data transformations using

    DataWeave 2.0

    — handling JSON, XML, CSV, and other formats.
  • Implement robust error handling strategies (on-error propagate, on-error continue) and alert mechanisms (SMTP, logs).
  • Apply security best practices including

    OAuth 2.0

    ,

    JWT

    , and basic understanding of

    SAML

    for secure API consumption.
  • Integrate with databases like

    MySQL

    and

    Oracle

    using parameterized queries and stored procedures.
  • Develop and maintain MUnit test cases with coverage for both success and failure scenarios.
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to build CI/CD pipelines using tools like

    Jenkins

    ,

  • Implement messaging patterns using
