Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented MIS & Operations Executive with at least 2 years of experience, preferably in the travel industry. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Advanced Excel and be capable of supporting both data management and day-to-day operational activities. This role requires coordination with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth execution of travel operations and accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

MIS & Reporting:

  • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to bookings, cancellations, refunds, client activities, and vendor performance.
  • Use Advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, IF statements, Power Query, etc.) for data analysis and automation of reports.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases for client and booking information.
  • Generate performance and financial reports for senior management.
  • Ensure data consistency and resolve discrepancies in coordination with concerned teams.

Operations Support:

  • Assist the travel operations team in handling end-to-end processes including itinerary planning, vendor coordination, client communication, and issue resolution.
  • Support ticketing, hotel reservations, visa processes, and other related travel services.
  • Coordinate with suppliers/vendors for confirmations and updates.
  • Monitor and manage client queries, cancellations, re-bookings, and escalations.
  • Ensure timely execution of operational tasks in line with company service standards.

Key Skills Required:

  • Advanced Excel expertise (must-have)
  • Experience in travel operations/ticketing domain (preferred)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a travel company or OTA
