Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized MIS Coordinator to manage and analyze data, generate reports, and support business decision-making through efficient data management and reporting practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Analyze data and create actionable reports using Excel or BI tools.
Coordinate with internal departments for data collection and consolidation.
Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across all systems.
Prepare dashboards and performance metrics for leadership review.
Automate reporting processes where possible using Excel formulas/macros or BI tools.
Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies.

Must-Have Skills:

Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Macros, etc.)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and coordination skills
Attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets
Knowledge of Google Sheets, PowerPoint for reporting and presentations

Good-to-Have:

Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools
Basic knowledge of SQL
Experience in handling confidential data and reporting in a corporate setup

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, IT, or related field
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in MIS or data reporting roles
