Role Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective Meta ad campaigns to achieve Organisation's objectives.
- Utilize social media platforms for targeted audience engagement.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics.
- Optimize campaigns based on A/B testing results and feedback.
- Create compelling ad copy that aligns with brand messaging.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop visual assets for campaigns.
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advertising strategies.
- Manage multiple accounts while ensuring timely delivery of projects.
- Assist in budget management and allocation for ad spend.
- Provide recommendations for campaign improvements based on analytics.
- Foster a data-driven culture through insights and analytics reporting.
- Participate in team meetings to align on strategies and objectives.
- Prepare presentations and proposals for client pitches and reviews.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on Meta advertising.
- Proven track record of managing successful ad campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with advertising tools and platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in client-facing roles and relationship management.
- Familiarity with SEO and SEM practices.
- Knowledge of design tools like Canva or Adobe suite is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptability to fast-paced work environments.
- Continuous learner with a passion for digital marketing.
- Adequate knowledge of budgeting and ROI calculations.
- Previous experience in a similar role will be an advantage.
