Role Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective Meta ad campaigns to achieve Organisation's objectives.
  • Utilize social media platforms for targeted audience engagement.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics.
  • Optimize campaigns based on A/B testing results and feedback.
  • Create compelling ad copy that aligns with brand messaging.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop visual assets for campaigns.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advertising strategies.
  • Manage multiple accounts while ensuring timely delivery of projects.
  • Assist in budget management and allocation for ad spend.
  • Provide recommendations for campaign improvements based on analytics.
  • Foster a data-driven culture through insights and analytics reporting.
  • Participate in team meetings to align on strategies and objectives.
  • Prepare presentations and proposals for client pitches and reviews.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on Meta advertising.
  • Proven track record of managing successful ad campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with advertising tools and platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience in client-facing roles and relationship management.
  • Familiarity with SEO and SEM practices.
  • Knowledge of design tools like Canva or Adobe suite is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Adaptability to fast-paced work environments.
  • Continuous learner with a passion for digital marketing.
  • Adequate knowledge of budgeting and ROI calculations.
  • Previous experience in a similar role will be an advantage.
