MERN Stack Developer

Position: MERN Stack Developer

Location: Swargate, Pune, Maharashtra (On-site)

Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹25,000 per month (Based on performance and experience)

Shift: Day-Time. [ 10 AM to 7 PM, Monday TO Saturday ]

Experience Required: 1 Years

At Dreams International, We are looking for a skilled MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic

team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent technical skills, a solid understanding of

software design, and a passion for delivering high-quality code. The successful candidate will work

closely with our development team to create robust, scalable, and user-friendly web applications.

Responsibilities:

● Develop and maintain web applications using MERN framework

● Design and implement efficient algorithms and data structures

● Implement functional programming concepts to develop scalable and maintainable code

● Collaborate with the team to design and develop user-friendly UI

● Use REST APIs to handle HTTP requests and responses

● Write clean, maintainable, and testable code

● Troubleshoot and debug issues proactively

● Use Git version control to manage project development

● Work on production level application development

● Work on CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tasks related to application deployment.

● Use MYSQL, MONGO or NoSQL databases and backend development technologies.

● Participate in agile and iterative software development process

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or

equivalent experience).

● Proven experience in full-stack development with the MERN stack.

● Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related technologies.

● Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

● Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.

● Knowledge of testing frameworks and methodologies.

● Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

● Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
