Role Overview

We are looking for a MERN Stack Developer with a passion for building modern, user-friendly web applications. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining full-stack applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers to deliver high-quality features
• Build and consume RESTful APIs
• Optimize applications for speed and scalability
• Write clean, modular, and reusable code
• Participate in code reviews and team discussions

Requirements

• 1.5–3 years of experience with MERN stack development
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), Node.js, and Express.js
• Solid experience with React.js (hooks, context API, component architecture)
• Good understanding of MongoDB (Mongoose, aggregation, schema design)
• Familiarity with Git, REST APIs, and deployment tools (Heroku, Vercel, or AWS)
• Ability to write clean and testable code

Bonus Points

• Experience with Next.js or TypeScript
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of socket.io or real-time data apps
• Familiarity with UI libraries like Material-UI, Tailwind CSS
