Your responsibilities as a Media Performance Associate Manager (Planning) –
Campaign set up and administration
- Manage and set up media bookings (Prisma)
- Send and manage insertion orders to vendors (Prisma)
- Assist in managing ongoing finance tasks related to platform reconciliation and billing queries from finance teams (Prisma)
Strategic support
- Assist planning teams in undertaking campaign-specific desk research in relation to healthcare and consumer audiences and media
- Undertake platform audience development utilising template and Zenith Worldwide Data Team training resources (GWI/TGI)
Campaign management
- Trafficking and set up of digital campaigns with Publicis platforms (Growth OS)
- Assist and regularly update specific project trackers and asset collation documents (Excel)
- Responsible for URL tagging process, liaising with production and TAAG teams in finalising assets beforehand off to relevant teams/vendors (Jira, Excel)
Campaign reporting
- Support in collating regular and end of campaign reporting data from channels/platforms and vendors into standardised reporting templates for final review (CM360, Excel and PowerPoint)
Reconciliation and investment reporting
- Update finalised media plans with actualised spend details.
- Responsible for uploading media plan data into Zenith investment platforms (MediaTools and DCP)
You will fit right in if you have –
• Prior experience of working within a large company
• Proven experience managing multiple stakeholders with multi-cultural background
• Experienced in high volume campaign/project management with expertise in building internal tracking documents or online dashboards to visuals status to senior management
• A strong understanding of social, paid search, programmatic and digital trafficking process, ability to spotlight potential delays and challenges in the end-to-end campaign process (briefing, planning, build, trafficking, reporting)
• Experienced with multi-market network coordination
• Presentation creation and presenting skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Demonstrate determination to achieve objectives
• Prioritisation, time management and attention to detail
• Negotiation skills (key as SLAs will be challenged constantly)
• Professional, ambitious, driven and team player
• Strong communication skills – both written and oral skills ; be able to communicate clearly across senior and mid-management stakeholders
• Dynamic and strong headed with the ability to challenge status quo and champion a new proposition, process, or way of working
• Willingness to learn, take up new initiatives and excel in unstructured situations
Additional skills
• Strong knowledge and experience within Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint platforms
• Strong knowledge and experience within Campaign Manager 360
• Previous experience working with media investment platforms (i.e. MediaTools)
