Location: Gurugram, Haryana, India Employment Type: Full-time The Opportunity: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Media Buyer with a foundational understanding of Facebook (Meta) and TikTok Ads, specifically for lead generation. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Setup & Management: Assist in the setup, launch, and daily management of lead generation campaigns on Meta Ads and TikTok Ads. Audience Targeting: Support in researching and identifying target audiences, demographics, interests, and behaviors relevant to lead generation goals. Ad Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to ensure ad creatives are optimized for lead generation and platform best practices. Budget Management: Help monitor and manage campaign budgets to ensure efficient spending and maximize ROI for lead acquisition. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost per lead (CPL), conversion rates, and lead quality. Assist in generating performance reports and identifying areas for improvement. Optimization Support: Under guidance, assist in optimizing campaigns based on performance data, including A/B testing ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activities within Facebook and TikTok advertising, with a focus on lead generation. Data Analysis: Contribute to the analysis of campaign data to derive insights and inform future strategies. Qualifications: Basic understanding of Facebook Ads Manager: Familiarity with creating campaigns, ad sets, and ads, with a particular emphasis on lead generation objectives Basic understanding of TikTok Ads Manager: Awareness of campaign structure and ad formats suitable for lead generation on TikTok. Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data and identify trends, even with limited experience. Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in campaign setup and data analysis. Proactive Learner: Eagerness to learn and adapt to new platforms, features, and best practices in the rapidly evolving digital advertising landscape. Good Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively within the team. Problem-Solving Skills: A knack for identifying and solving basic campaign-related issues. Prior experience in lead generation or digital marketing (internships, personal projects, or freelance work) is a plus.
