Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Advanced skills in BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD) is a must and knowledge of related tools and technologies. Strong understanding of building systems, HVAC requirements, and BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650). Experience in Middle East projects will be highly preferred. Business Development Starting to develop network of contacts. Be an ambassador for the Company. Project Role Develop and maintain 3D HVAC models using BIM software such as Revit or AutoCAD MEP. Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure accurate and coordinated design integration with other disciplines (architectural, structural, etc.). Create and manage detailed shop drawings, layouts, and as-built documentation. Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues using tools like Navisworks. Update and modify HVAC BIM models based on design changes, feedback, or field conditions. Work with engineers to optimize system designs for energy efficiency and compliance with local standards and codes. Assist in preparing schedules, material take-offs, and other documentation from BIM models. Ensure all models and documentation adhere to company standards and BIM execution plans. Participate in project coordination meetings and provide technical support to the project team. Company Role Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation of BIM processes, models, and project-related information. Innovation: Stay up to date with the latest BIM technologies, trends, and best practices, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness QHSE Responsibilities Understand, implement and follow 9E QHSE policies. Implement and coordinate QHSE procedures in your workplace. Comply with local regulatory authority guidelines and laws pertaining to QHSE. Report any QHSE incidents immediately to 9E QHSE Dept. and to legal authorities if required. Abide Client/Contractor QHSE requirements and acquire site induction before mobilizing at sites.
