Job Title: Master Data Management (MDM) Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Proven experience (5-7+ years) in Master Data Management (MDM), with a strong preference for Reltio.

• Deep domain knowledge within the Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, or Healthcare sectors.

• Strong understanding of core MDM concepts, serving as a subject matter expert to ensure successful platform deployments, particularly with Reltio or Informatica MDM.

• Experience integrating MDM solutions with major CRM and ERP systems, such as Salesforce, Veeva, or One Key.

• Proficiency in key MDM functions, including data modeling, data ingestion, match and survivorship rules, data cleansing, metadata analysis, and outbound configurations.

• Ability to analyze a client's customer lifecycle and business processes to understand how customer data is captured, analyzed, and used for sales, marketing, and customer service.

• A strong grasp of Data Governance and Stewardship processes, including hierarchy and workflow management, manual merges, and survivorship.

• Skilled in defining requirements for data quality rules, matching and merging criteria, and data stewardship workflows.

• A continuous learner who stays current with new technologies and their strategic applications.

• Capable of independent development and leading code reviews to ensure quality throughout the MDM project lifecycle.
