Job Description

Mandatory Requirements

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) Certification
  • Proficient with Service Cloud
  • Minimum 6 years of Salesforce development experience
  • Mastery in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and Visualforce
  • Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations
  • Proven ability to work in Agile/Scrum Certifications :
  • Salesforce Administrator
  • Platform App Builder
  • OmniStudio Developer
  • Consumer Goods Cloud (Nice to have)

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and Visualforce
  • Customize and configure Salesforce Service Cloud for case management and automation
  • Implement and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
  • Create and manage users, roles, profiles, sharing rules, and security settings
  • Develop and deploy components using Change Sets and other deployment tools
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
  • Ensure code quality through test classes, debugging, and performance tuning
  • Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and Skill :
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and mentor junior developers
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to details
