Marketing Manager/Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Should possess strong communication skills to interact effectively with doctors.
  • Developing and executing marketing strategies: This includes creating and implementing marketing plans to achieve business goals, such as increasing patient volume and brand visibility.
  • Conducting market research: Identifying target audiences, analyzing market trends, and understanding customer needs and preferences.
  • Managing marketing campaigns: This involves planning, executing, and monitoring various marketing activities, such as social media campaigns, advertising, and promotional events.
  • Building relationships: Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals, referral sources, and other key stakeholders.
  • Generating leads: Identifying and qualifying potential clients through various marketing initiatives.
  • Managing marketing budgets: Allocating resources effectively to maximize the impact of marketing efforts.
  • Tracking and reporting on marketing performance: Monitoring key metrics, such as website traffic, lead generation, and conversion rates, to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make necessary adjustments.
  • Collaborating with other teams: Working closely with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to ensure alignment and coordination of marketing efforts.
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends: Keeping abreast of the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Creating marketing materials: Developing engaging and informative marketing content, such as brochures, website copy, and social media posts.

Skills:

  • Must have previous experience in Hospital or Diagnostic centers.
  • Should possess strong communication skills to interact effectively with doctors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, patients, and colleagues.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills: Ability to build relationships, close deals, and negotiate contracts.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and technologies: Experience with CRM software, social media platforms, and other marketing automation tools.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop solutions to marketing challenges.
  • Creativity and strategic thinking: Ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Organizational and time management skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry: Understanding of the healthcare landscape, regulations, and ethical considerations.
  • Adaptability and flexibility: Ability to adjust to changing market conditions and priorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
