Marketing Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Enhance and manage brand identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
• Oversee acquisition channels, including SEO, content marketing, paid advertising, strategic partnerships, and event marketing.
• Drive product & service promotion strategies, including audience segmentation, customer journey mapping, and lead generation.
• Support the sales team with high-impact presentations, collateral development, and business event coordination.
• Lead financial planning for marketing initiatives, including budget management, forecasting
• Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, product, sales, and external agencies to ensure seamless execution.
• Develop and track KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
  

Qualifications & Expertise

• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the banking or financial services sector (experience in FMCG and auto categories also an advantage)
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in event marketing, brand management, and customer acquisition, with a strong understanding of financial products and services.
• Experience in process optimization, automation, and workflow efficiency in marketing operations.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating with internal teams (sales, compliance, product) and external partners (agencies, vendors, media).
• Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
