Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer acquisition. Lead digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, SEO/SEM) to drive qualified leads and conversions. Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing activities with revenue goals and pipeline growth. Manage marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools to track performance and optimize campaigns. Create high-quality content for campaigns, emailers, social media, blogs, and paid media. Identify growth opportunities, partnerships, and strategic initiatives to strengthen market positioning. Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to keep campaigns relevant and high-impact. Requirements 4-8 years of experience in marketing, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or B2B environments. Proven track record of executing campaigns that drive brand growth and generate sales leads. Proficiency in performance marketing, lead generation, and digital analytics tools. Strong content and communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messaging. Self-motivated, analytical, and results-driven with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the payments or financial services sector.
