Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a marketing associate. The Marketing Associate will be responsible for conducting market research, developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing projects, and supporting sales efforts. Day-to-day tasks will include market analysis, customer segmentation, coordination of marketing campaigns, and collaboration with the sales team to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Assist in executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities
• Support content creation for social media, emailers, websites, and other platforms
• Coordinate with design, sales, and other internal teams for timely campaign execution
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Monitor and report on campaign performance and digital engagement
• Maintain and update marketing databases and reports
• Assist in organizing events, exhibitions, and webinars.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in a marketing role (internships can be considered)
• Good understanding of digital marketing tools and social media platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic design tools is a plus
• A team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn
