Graduate from a reputed institute, a relevant MBA/PG is a plus
Job Responsibilities
1)
a) Managing day-to-day service delivery operations in the designated area
b) Achieving targets like vendor availability, on-time arrival, service failure rate etc
c) Driving cost optimisation, efficiency and productivity in the designated area
d) Maintaining regular connections with key clients with respect to service operations
e) Additional business generation from existing clients
2)
a) Planning and managing the vendor network in the designated area
b) Ensuring vendor availability on a 24x7 seven basis of all types of services
c) Acting as L2 escalation for vendor issues, service quality and customer escalations
d) Appointing, suspending and removing vendors
e) Vendor compliance
f) Acting as L1 escalation for vendor payments
g) Vendor training on service delivery process, app usage etc
3)
a) Regularly reporting and maintaining data in suitable media
b) Keeping track of market information, business trends, competition activity etc
c) Liaising with the accounts team for timely vendor payments
Skills Required
1)
a) Business operations management
b) Good connections with vendors and clients pan-India
c) Vendor sourcing and management
d) Problem-solving skills
e) Key account management
f) Knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, LMS etc.

a) Target-oriented and self-driven
b) Convincing and negotiation skills
c) Good communication, written as well as oral
