Manager – Financial Sales & Collections

Collections & Recovery Management Design and implement collection strategies to improve receivables and reduce delinquencies. Ensure collection efficiency and maintain bucket-wise recovery targets. Coordinate with legal and recovery agencies for tough accounts, especially NPAs. NPA Reduction Monitor overdue accounts and implement early warning and preventive measures. Analyze delinquency trends and design targeted recovery campaigns. Coordinate restructuring or settlement processes in line with company policies. Reporting & Compliance Generate MIS reports on sales performance, collection efficiency, and NPA trends. Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and audit requirements. Maintain customer records and ensure data confidentiality.
