You support our team as Manager-Customer Service & Channel Management (F/M/D) Responsibilities Ensuring all customer service processes are followed and provide adequate support to functions in achieving their KPI’s. Develop Dash Boards for various KPIs (IPS data management). Improving the internal support systems and processes related to Order Processing. Improve the efficiency of the field sales team by providing proper support and feedback throughout the sales cycle. Build common vision with other internal functions like Finance, Controlling, IT and Production to make the order processing cycle simple and efficient. Build long-term relationships with customers and channel partners by taking proactive actions to improve our services. Work very closely with field sales team and build a high-performance culture. Contribute proactively to meet the monthly and yearly sales targets. Managing and motivating the customer support team Qualifications Preferably Engineering degree with strong preference for analysis. MBA will added advantage. Minimum of 10 plus years’ experience in sales, marketing, customer support or business management. Demonstrated experience with Data Analysis and reports. Basic understanding of SAP Sales & Marketing module. Hands on experience to generate reports using MS Excel . Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and networking skills required.
