Key Responsibilities: Function Area Description Sales Data Management Maintain and update sales databases with accurate and timely information Reporting & Dashboards Generate daily, weekly, monthly sales reports and MIS dashboards for management Sales Forecasting Support in sales trend analysis and forecast preparation Target vs Achievement Tracking Monitor and report team-wise, product-wise, region-wise target vs actuals CRM & ERP Integration Coordinate with IT to align data flow between ERP/CRM systems and MIS tools Presentation Support Prepare reports and charts for reviews, meetings, and board presentations Data Accuracy & Audit Validate data integrity and perform regular checks and reconciliation Coordination Work with sales, finance, and operations teams to consolidate information Show more Show less
