Managed Service Provider Sales Executive for US

Role: Managed Service Provider Sales Executive Company: Candid8 Location: Hydebarad, India (Office) Job Summary: We are seeking a driven and results-oriented MSP Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with prospects, and selling our managed IT services to SMBs and mid-market clients. The ideal candidate has experience in B2B technology sales, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of the MSP business model. Key Responsibilities: Identify and prospect new business opportunities through cold calls, networking, events, and referrals. Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline of qualified leads. Conduct discovery meetings to understand clients’ IT needs, pain points, and business challenges. Present tailored MSP solutions, including managed IT support, cybersecurity, cloud services, VoIP, and backup solutions. Prepare proposals and close sales to meet or exceed assigned quotas. Maintain CRM records (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) with detailed notes and next steps. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction. Attend industry events, webinars, and networking functions to build brand awareness. Provide market feedback to help shape service offerings and pricing strategies. Qualifications: 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the IT/MSP sector. Strong knowledge of managed services (e.g., helpdesk, monitoring, security, cloud, etc.). Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Experience using CRM and sales tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator). Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred.
