Job Overview: We are hiring a Logistics Executive to lead and oversee daily logistics operations in Delhi. This executive role is critical to managing and streamlining driver coordination, live deployment, routing, and mobility logistics. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in transport/mobility logistics and should be capable of managing high-volume operations in real-time. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage the logistics operations team for Delhi Oversee daily driver deployment and route optimization based on real-time booking data Ensure timely coordination between clients and drivers, managing both scheduled and on-demand services Monitor driver performance, punctuality, and service delivery Maintain and analyze operational data, driver logs, and client feedback Resolve escalations such as driver no-shows, client complaints, or last-minute rerouting Develop and implement SOPs for efficient logistics workflows Train new logistics staff and ensure adherence to DriverShaab’s service standards Coordinate closely with other city teams and headquarters for resource planning and logistics reporting Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, transport coordination, or mobility operations Proven ability to manage real-time dispatch systems and driver scheduling Strong leadership and team coordination skills Proficient in tools like Google Sheets, MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, and basic CRM systems Excellent communication skills; must be fluent in Hindi and preferably English Problem-solving mindset with the ability to take decisions quickly under pressure Familiarity with the Delhi/NCR region and its geography is a strong plus Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings as per operational needs Why Join DriverShaab?
