Logistic Executive

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations, and should be capable of working independently while effectively coordinating with internal teams.

This is a full-time position and we are currently hiring only one candidate for this role. The position is open to both male and female applicants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day logistics operations including order processing, dispatch planning, and shipment tracking
• Coordinate with vendors, courier partners, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries
• Monitor inventory and stock levels; assist in inventory reconciliation
• Prepare shipment and customs documentation as required
• Maintain accurate records of shipments and logistics transactions
• Resolve any logistics-related issues or delays efficiently
• Ensure adherence to company policies and operational procedures
• Support cross-functional teams in logistics planning and improvements

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Problem-solving mindset with a strong sense of responsibility
• Familiarity with logistics software or ERPs is an added advantage

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (B.A., B.Com. or equivalent)
• Additional certifications in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management are a plus
