Lighting Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Program and operate lighting systems for live events, installations, and demo environments using

  MA2/MA3, Madrix, Zactrack

  , and

  BeamZ

• Provide technical consultation and on-site support for lighting projects including rigging, patching, cue programming, and networking.
• Work closely with clients, event managers, and system integrators to understand lighting needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Drive sales and business development by engaging with rental companies, event agencies, and installers across India.
• Prepare

  techno-commercial proposals

  , system designs, and quotation packages for lighting solutions.
• Conduct demos, training sessions, and after-sales support for clients and channel partners.
• Manage project execution timelines and act as the main point of contact for both technical and commercial discussions.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years of hands-on experience in

  lighting programming

  ,

  event lighting

  , and

  installation projects

  .
• Proficiency in

  MA Lighting consoles (MA2/MA3)

  ,

  Madrix pixel mapping

  ,

  BeamZ

  , and

  Zactrack control systems

  .
• Strong understanding of

  DMX, Art-Net, sACN

  , lighting protocols, and AV infrastructure.
• Sales experience or commercial aptitude with the ability to pitch, negotiate, and close deals.
• Excellent client communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently for installations, demos, and client meetings.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma in Lighting Design, Electronics, or Event Technology.
• Certifications in MA Lighting or other lighting software/hardware platforms.
• Existing network with
