Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Executive with 6 to 8 years of expertise in digital marketing, social media strategy, and online brand management. The ideal candidate must have in-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels, including SEO/SEM, Digital PR, E-Commerce, Influencer Marketing, Website Management, social media, LinkedIn, Email Campaigns, and WhatsApp/Mobile Marketing. This role requires someone with a strong strategic mindset, a keen eye for content creation, and a proven track record of successfully managing digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage the company’s social media strategy, ensuring alignment with overall marketing and brand goals.
• Create and curate engaging content (images, videos, blogs, etc.), ensuring a high standard of creativity and quality.
• Manage daily activities on all major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.), including content scheduling, posting, and responding to queries.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics for social media campaigns, track engagement, and adjust strategies to improve effectiveness.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, sales, etc.) to align messaging and develop cross-functional campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new social media tools, platforms, and technologies.
• Execute influencer partnerships and manage collaborations to increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Implement SEO/SEM strategies to improve website visibility and organic reach.
• Oversee digital PR efforts, ensuring positive brand presence across online media.
• Manage e-commerce-related digital marketing activities, driving conversions and online sales.
• Lead LinkedIn engagement and content strategy, optimizing it for brand positioning and B2B networking.
• Design and execute email marketing campaigns, ensuring lead nurturing and customer engagement.
• Utilize WhatsApp and mobile marketing strategies to reach and engage target audiences effectively.

Requirements:

• 6 to 8 years of experience as a Social Media Executive or in a similar role within the digital marketing domain.
• Proven expertise in SEO, SEM, Digital PR, E-Commerce, Influencer Marketing, Website Management, and Social Media.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Social Bakers, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a flair for creative writing and content creation.
• Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
• Experience in email campaign design and execution using platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or SendGrid.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp business marketing and mobile engagement strategies.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Strong eye for detail and visual aesthetics, with experience in graphic design or content creation tools (Adobe Photoshop, Canva, etc.) being a plus.

• Preferred Skills:
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online sales strategies.
• Experience with live streaming, webinars, and virtual events.
• A degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
