Learning Support - Analyst
Workyou’ll do
AsanAnalyst,provideday-to-daysupportonDeloitteLearningPlatform,specializingasanadminroleintheSABAcloud(LMS),should workaspartofanextendedteamforinternalclients.youmayalsorequireworkingdirectlywithDeloitteprofessionaltofixtheissuethat theyarefacing.Youwillalsoassistthembyprovidingnecessaryadvisorysupporttohelpthemresolvetheirquery/request:
- Create,monitor,andclose/actionSalesforceandServiceDeskcasesinatimelymannermeetingtheServiceLevelExpectation (SLE)
- ManageLive Chats
- Managetheirrespectivecasesincludingfollowinguponopenissues,assistingwithissueresolution,escalatingissues,working directly with the other referral teams
- Ensurecustomersatisfactionbyproperescalationwithinaquickturnaround time
- Answerinquiriesintheareasofcontent,learningorganizationandcontacts,wheretofindcertainlearninginformation,e-Learning guide, etc.
- Flaganyissuesrelatedtotheprocessimmediatelywiththeleadandproposesolutionstofixthe same
- Willingtobeflexiblebasedonthebusiness requirement
- Identifyprocessimprovementsintheprocessandworkstowardsimplementingthesamewiththehelpoftheteam lead
- Redirectinquiriesaboutsystemsandfunctionalitytoappropriateresourceswithinatracking system.
- ParticipateinsystemsTestingasandwhen required
- Shouldtakeonadditionalresponsibilitiesasandwhen required
- Becomeasubjectmatterexpertbylearningalltheconcepts.Actaspointofcontactforthenewhireandhelptheminprocessing without any hassles

Qualifications Qualifications
Required:Musthave1-3yearsofprovenworkingexperienceasaCustomerserviceexecutive/Customer. Has knowledge and working experience on any Learning Management System (LMS)Strongwrittenandverbalcommunicationskills(mustbeaneffectivecommunicator) Excellent customer service skills: ability to interact with customers globally Intermediate to advanced capabilities in word-processing, ExcelAbilitytoprioritizetimeandworkonmultipletaskswithongoingdeadlines Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact well with multiple teamsSelf-starter;highlymotivatedtolearnnewskills.Abletoworkindependentlywithminimalsupervision Must have excellent time management skills.Mustbeabletocollaboratewithinternalteams,globalclients,andcrossborder stakeholders.
