Our client, headquartered in the USA with offices globally is looking for a dedicated and experienced Learning and Development Coordinator to join our global team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills and a passion for employee development.
The Learning and Development Coordinator will work closely within the team and various departments on training reports and stakeholder updates and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. The successful candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, adult learning principles, AI utilization in L&D and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
This role is crucial in ensuring that our employees have the necessary skills to perform their jobs effectively and contribute to the overall success of the organization. The Learning and Development Coordinator will also be responsible for maintaining training records, preparing reports, and staying up-to-date with the latest trends in employee development. If you are a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
· Implement training programs.
· Develop training materials and resources using AI
· Coordinate and schedule training sessions.
· Managing Calendar for L&D
· Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
· Maintain training records and prepare reports.
· Collaborate with department heads to ensure training are delivered per the plan
· Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in employee development.
· Facilitate training sessions and workshops.
· Provide support and guidance to employees during training.
· Monitor and assess the progress of trainees.
· Ensure compliance with training regulations and standards.
· Coordinate with external training providers.
· Promote a culture of continuous learning within the organization.
· Support the onboarding process for new employees.
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development.
· Strong knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles and AI
· Excellent organizational and project management skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and e-learning software.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
· Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
· Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
· Knowledge of training evaluation methods.
· Strong problem-solving skills.
· Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
· Ability to travel as needed. Certification in training and development is a plus.
· Experience in a corporate environment is preferred.
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field.
