The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills and a passion for employee development. The Learning and Development Coordinator will work closely within the team and various departments on training reports and stakeholder updates and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. The successful candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, adult learning principles, AI utilization in L&D and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This role is crucial in ensuring that our employees have the necessary skills to perform their jobs effectively and contribute to the overall success of the organization. The Learning and Development Coordinator will also be responsible for maintaining training records, preparing reports, and staying up-to-date with the latest trends in employee development.
