Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Research and identify potential leads through online platforms 
  • Generate qualified leads for services like SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing and Website Design/Development.
  • Reach out via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling to prospects in the international and domestic markets.
  • Qualify leads by understanding client requirements, budget, and interest level.
  • Maintain and update a structured lead database/CRM with daily outreach activity.
  • Set up introductory meetings or discovery calls for the Business Development team.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare outreach content, email sequences, and prospecting strategies.
  • Follow up consistently to move leads through the funnel until handover or conversion.
  • Share weekly lead reports, campaign performance, and feedback on outreach efforts


Requirements:


  • 1–2 years of experience in lead generation, preferably in a digital agency
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing services 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working across time zones for international outreach.
  • Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Zoho, HubSpot and Email marketing tools.
