Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead Generation Manager to join our growing IT services organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads through digital and outbound strategies to fuel our sales pipeline. This role is critical to accelerating our customer acquisition efforts across global markets.


Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute lead generation strategies using email marketing, LinkedIn, cold calling, and marketing automation tools.


Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create targeted outreach campaigns.


Manage lead qualification criteria and ensure a consistent flow of Sales Qualified Leads.


Track and optimize lead generation performance using CRM and analytics tools.


Conduct market research to identify potential clients in target geographies (US, UK, Middle East, India, etc.).


Nurture long-term prospects through regular engagement and follow-ups.


Build and manage a team of lead generation executives (if applicable).


Maintain accurate reporting and KPIs for weekly/monthly review.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA is a plus.


5+ years of experience in lead generation or sales development in an IT services/solutions company.


Proven experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Apollo.io, etc.


Strong verbal and written communication skills.


Familiarity with global IT markets and client acquisition processes.


Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret lead funnel metrics.


Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.


Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of technologies like web development, mobile apps, cloud services, or enterprise solutions.


Experience generating leads for outsourced IT services or offshore development models.


Prior team management experience is a plus.
