Lead Developer

What You’ll Do

• Take full technical ownership of the BuildTrack POC
• Define and implement the

  end-to-end architecture

  for the platform (web + mobile + backend + cloud)
• Convert business requirements and workflows into scalable, working features
• Choose the right tech stack, tools, and services that suit construction field use
• Build core modules such as

  photo-based progress tracking

  ,

  dashboard

  ,

  data upload/processing

  , etc.
• Work with our Business Analyst and provide feedback to shape realistic product milestones
• Act as the go-to person for all things tech — from code reviews to deployment
• Guide any junior developers or freelancers we onboard for speed
• Help prepare the platform for eventual scaling beyond POC
  

What We’re Looking For

• 5–8+ years of

  full-stack development experience

  , ideally in a

  startup or early-stage product

  setting
• Proven experience

  delivering POCs or MVPs

  — bonus if for industrial, field, or B2B software
• Strong grasp of:

• JavaScript/TypeScript

  (Node.js, React, Next.js or similar)

• Python

  (especially for image processing/ML integration)

• Cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP)

• REST APIs, microservices, and CI/CD

• Database design

  (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar)
• Exposure to construction workflows or platforms like

  Procore, Autodesk BIM 360, PlanRadar, Buildots, etc.

• Ability to work independently and make product-shaping technical decisions
• Startup mindset: practical, hands-on, solution-first
  

Bonus Skills

• Knowledge of

  photogrammetry, BIM integration

  , or

  site documentation tools

• Experience with

  mobile-first UX

  and offline-friendly architecture
• Past experience working on

  AI or ML-driven platforms
