Job Summary

As a Lead Developer you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our transportation management solutions. With a focus on performance and manual testing you will ensure the reliability and efficiency of our systems. Your expertise in Selenium will drive automation efforts contributing to the seamless operation of road and intermodal transportation processes. Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of performance testing strategies to ensure system reliability and efficiency.
Oversee manual testing processes to identify and resolve defects in transportation management systems.
Utilize Selenium to automate testing procedures enhancing the speed and accuracy of test cycles.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate testing solutions into the development lifecycle.
Provide insights and recommendations for system improvements based on testing outcomes.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in transportation management.
Develop and maintain comprehensive testing documentation for future reference.
Monitor and report on testing progress highlighting key findings and areas for improvement.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing methodologies and tools.
Support the implementation of road and intermodal transportation solutions through rigorous testing.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions to enhance team capabilities.

Qualifications
