Role Description

This is a contract remote role for a Branding & Digital Marketing Lead at Bigbyte. This is not a junior role. We're looking for someone who has led digital strategy before.

Instead of a traditional interview, we’re flipping the script. Here's how it works:

  • Share a portfolio or examples of impactful work you’ve done that we can review.


Your document should cover:

  • Which platforms and channels to focus on (LinkedIn? Blogs? Paid Ads? Thought leadership?)
  • What kind of content will get us attention in the B2B AI/Data space?
  • How will you position Bigbyte as a credible brand in a crowded market?
  • How to position a tech consulting brand in a crowded B2B space
  • What metrics matter, and how will you report success?

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of proven experience in branding, growth marketing and digital strategy
  • Strong portfolio or proof of work in B2B tech, SaaS, or data/AI space
  • Clear understanding of platform-specific strategies (especially LinkedIn)
  • Ability to write and structure high-converting, professional content
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Figma, or any creative suite
  • Experience running organic and paid campaigns that brought real leads
  • Comfortable working independently with founders and leadership team
