Job Description

Job Title: L1 Team Lead – D365 FO Location: Noida Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the L1 support team for D365 FO, ensuring timely and quality incident resolution. Monitor and prioritize support tickets; escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams. Provide functional and basic technical support across D365 FO modules (Finance, Procurement, Sales, Inventory, Warehouse). Troubleshoot issues like batch failures, integration errors, and access problems. Conduct team training, performance tracking, and process documentation. Drive process improvements and ensure ITIL-compliant support practices. Collaborate with business users and IT teams for upgrades, testing, and deployments. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science/Business or related field. 3+ years of D365 FO support experience (Functional/Technical). Strong knowledge of D365 FO modules and troubleshooting practices. Team leadership or mentoring experience. Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, X++, and integrations is a plus.
