Job Overview:

Junior Architect / Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities:

Design Development & Documentation

• Assist in concept development, mood boards, material palettes, and design presentations
• Prepare AutoCAD drawings including layouts, elevations, sections, and detailed joinery drawings
• Support senior designers/architects in developing and modifying design schemes
• Create 3D models and renderings using SketchUp, Lumion, or similar software
• Participate in space planning, furniture layouts, and lighting plans

Project Coordination

• Coordinate with vendors and consultants to gather samples, catalogs, and material specifications
• Conduct site visits to measure, monitor execution, and ensure design intent is being followed
• Assist in preparing BOQs, cost estimates, and site documentation
• Participate in client meetings and presentations when required
  

Required Skills & Proficiencies:

• Proficiency in

• Basic knowledge of 3D rendering software like

• Strong design sensibility and a good eye for detailing and materiality
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and adapt to studio culture

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture / Interior Design or related field
• 0–2 years of professional experience (internship experience will also be considered)
• Portfolio showcasing academic and/or professional work is mandatory
